About these terms
These Terms of service (“Terms”) apply when you visit dolygood.shop (the “website”) or buy from us. “dolygood”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the store located at 14 53rd St, 7th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11232. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Who can buy from us
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. Orders must have a delivery address in the United States. We sell to consumers for personal use. If you would like to buy for a business or in larger quantities, contact us first.
Your account
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, please keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can update your details at any time under My account.
Products and product information
We sell products made by other brands. We work to describe and show them accurately, including names, models, images and prices. Product images are provided to show the product, and colors and finishes on your screen may look slightly different in real life. For full technical specifications, please also refer to the brand’s own materials.
Product availability can change. Showing a product on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Shipping is free on every order. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on your delivery address.
We may change prices on the website at any time. A price change does not affect an order you have already placed, except in the case of an obvious pricing error, explained below.
Pricing errors
Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. If we find a clear error in the price of a product you ordered, we will contact you before your order ships. You can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. We send you an order confirmation email to confirm that we received your order. Your order is accepted when we ship it.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for example if a product becomes unavailable, if a payment cannot be verified, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund any payment you made for the cancelled items in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and your full card details are not stored on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States, free of charge, with delivery in 3-7 days. Delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns and refunds
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, and returns are free. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Full details are in our Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, under each brand’s terms. We help you make warranty claims. Details are in our Warranty policy. Apart from the manufacturer warranty and any rights you have by law, we do not make additional promises about the products beyond what is stated on the website.
Using the website
You may use the website to browse, learn about and buy products for your personal use. Please do not:
- try to break into, damage, overload or disrupt the website or its systems;
- use automated tools to copy or scrape content or prices in bulk;
- use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- pretend to be someone else when placing an order or contacting us.
Intellectual property
The dolygood name, logo, website design and the text we wrote belong to dolygood. Product names, brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and show the products we sell. You may not copy or reuse content from the website for commercial purposes without permission.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as a brand’s support pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your state of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.
